Propel fully customizes our client’s platforms to be the organization’s central well-being program delivery platform that is designed to continuously flex, grow and evolve with the organization’s needs and culture. Specifically, the platform is customized to meet each client’s specific requirements for content, content management, data input/output, competitions/campaigns, incentive-program-development, reporting, community initiatives, employee recognition and much more.
Propel’s fully customizable incentive programming
With Propel, our clients can run one or more fully customized incentive strategies based on participation, progress or outcomes—or some combination of these. The incentives can be whatever the organization chooses and can be distributed on the client’s desired schedule. The incentive program can incorporate any action or set of actions that are measurable. The client organization can run multiple simultaneous incentive programs (participants will only see the program relevant to them when they log in) and the platform even includes an integrated and customizable gift card platform (with more than 300 card options) and a rewards mall should the client want to use gift cards or tangible product rewards as a part of the incentive program structure. We also fully customize each client’s incentive-progress dashboard to reflect the brand and culture.

Propel is designed to be the central platform for well-being initiatives but is also designed to integrate other related initiatives to further enhance member engagement. Such initiatives typically include benefits communications, community-engagement initiatives, employee recognition initiatives, safety initiatives and more. Propel is adept at integrating internal initiatives as well as third-party vendors relevant to the organization’s programming. Integrations may include incorporating content, creating links, establishing SSO connections, importing or exporting data, etc., to create and scale a complete, fully customized total well-being program that doesn’t require multiple platforms, logins, etc. And because we also fully customize communications at no additional cost to the client, we also integrate messaging and promotion of such integrated parties, initiatives and resources to significantly improve the user experience and admin experience.

Propel’s industry-leading competitions’ engine allows the administrator to create an unlimited number of custom individual, team or group competitions, tie incentives to competitions, define the rules for engagement, create custom badges, utilize “leveling up” and loss-aversion behavior motivation strategies while allowing users to launch their own “private” competitions.
