A 60-Day Implementation — With You Every Step

Once we understand your organization, we get to work together. Your dedicated Client Services Manager (CSM) becomes your primary point of contact from day one through the life of your partnership.

During the 60-day implementation, your CSM leads collaborative working sessions with your team to:

  • Establish your goals and key program requirements
  • Design and build your customized Propel platform
  • Develop a full year-long well-being strategy
  • Create branded marketing and communication materials
  • Train your administrators to lead with confidence

You’ll meet regularly, typically weekly or more, with Propel’s implementation team to co-develop every element of your program. We bring the expertise. You bring the organizational knowledge. Together, we build something that actually fits.
