Your challenge is a virtual, physical activity competition that allows participating organizations to compete against each other by logging activities in the Propel Platform to earn points.

Participants can choose from hundreds of physical activities, so there is something for everyone!

As an organization’s participants record their physical activity, they’ll see their organization’s progress versus the other participating organizations on the real-time leaderboard. The organization with the most number of average points at the end of the competition wins!

How much time or effort is required from our team?

Almost none. Propel manages the entire setup, configuration, and participant experience for you.
Your team’s main role is to invite participating companies (clients and prospects) and share updates or recognition along the way.
We also provide all the communication templates and promotional assets you’ll need.

Each organization competes as a team name only — no individual data is shown.
Scores are aggregated, so everyone participates in a friendly, community-style competition.

✅ This report can be used for client renewals, marketing, and showcasing impact to leadership or sponsors.

Each organization is given a minimum of 50 roster slots to fill for the competition. If an organization has fewer than 50 registered participants, they may still participate in the event but their average points will continue to be calculated across 50 individuals.

There is no upper limit to the amount of participants each team may have, so more participation is strongly encouraged!

All physical activities count towards the challenge. There are more than 100 physical activities to choose from, and you can enter activity manually and/or automatically through a synced device. Other well-being activities can be entered for personal tracking, habit-building and goal-setting.

Propel will help you create up to five custom pages on the platform that can hold your content, embedded, videos, images, downloadable documents, links, and more. 

You can also feature vendor partners or benefits providers as sponsors within your challenge and sell them full or partial page slots for their own content, resources, or tips.

Propel does not sell or release any participant data or information entered in the competition. No individual health data is shared with your firm, sponsors, or other companies — only aggregate activity data.

Participants also have clear access to the terms and conditions of the challenge and can choose to opt out and have their account deleted at any time.
